After the Storm

Hey everyone. I feel like I've neglected you over the weekend so let me fill you in.

I live in Alabama, but my parents live in Green Bay, Wis. Basically Antarctica.

Even cooler, my dad works for the Green Bay Packers so we get to go to all of the games.

Even more cooler, my friends (Essence & Jade) and I went up there this weekend to visit and go the the Packers vs. Texans game at Lambeau Field.

If you ever get the chance to attend a game in that stadium, GO! It's an experience like no other.

My family is sort of a "turn up family" so when we get together there's a lot of liquor involved. Especially since they moved to Green Bay, that's like the state's mascot, liquor.

Since we're originally from Houston, my dad hosted his friends at our house and it was basically a hotel. I've bar hopped with my parents a few times and it's always hilarious. This night, the parents were on the counter tops and forcing shots down our throats. Yeah, we're not your traditional family.

Long story short, when we get together with our friends and family it's a good time.

On Saturday Essence and I created a filter with gotfilters.net just for fun and we were pretty excited about it.

It snowed during the entire game on Sunday and I actually sat out in the stadium the entire first half to let my friends get the full effect of coming to a Packers game. It was their first game so I felt like it wouldn't be any fun for them to watch the entire game from the inside of the stadium and not have a memory.

It was fun until about the second quarter with 7 minutes to go. We were basically snowmen at that point.

All weekend from Thursday to Sunday, we didn't go to sleep until after 2 a.m. so you can imagine how tired I am now that the weekend is over. But it was all worth it. The Packers Vs. Texans game weekend was one for the books.

Hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I did.

What did you do this weekend? comment below!
