It's the holiday season and many people stress about what they're going to get their friends, family or significant other for Christmas.

Fret not, I am here to help.

Sometimes it's hard to get a gift for someone who already has everything, or actually choosing something thoughtful, but here are some tips to help you choose the perfect gift for the special person in your life.

Gifts for Ladies: your friend, mother, sister, daughter, girlfriend

You want it to be thoughtful, something she loves and will actually use or wear in the next month.

Likes and special interests

Understand what it is that she likes: Jewelry, clothes, makeup, or sunglasses.

Does she have any interesting hobbies: Photography, reading, or cooking and baking?

Does she have any particular interests: Movies, new technology, or face and body wash?

These are all important factors to know when choosing a gift. You don't want to get her a gift you already bought in the past. You want it to be something fun and refreshing.

Gifts for Guys: your dad, brother, friend, boyfriend

Gifts for guys can be tricky. Usually, but not always, guys are not as into shopping as the ladies are. However, you can still figure out what they like and what to get them to make their Christmas special.

Likes and special interests

Understand what it is that he likes: Sports, cologne, jewelry, clothes.

Does he have any interesting hobbies: Hunting, video games, or play basketball?

Does he have any particular interests: Technology, photography, or music?

Again, all important to think of. You want the person to like the gift, not just give that dry smile and thank you half hug, *makes mental note to self to throw away*.

Jordan's Picks

If you know someone's running out of something they love or their favorite appliance just broke, that's always a 100% useful gift. They'll open the box and put it right to use.

Hope I could be of some help. If you need more specific help, you can always contact me. Also, comment below, share with us and other readers what you're getting your friends and family for Christmas.

Jordan
