She's back! Jordan returns to LifeofJordie after 3 year vacation

Or should I be saying that to myself? I am excited to announce that I will be blogging again in 2020. I am sorry that I quit, to you and to myself.

I know many of my friends and followers enjoyed reading my fun posts about fashion, food and traveling experiences and I can't wait to share it with you all again.

What have I been up to?

Well, I'm still into fashion, traveling and food. I've been working hard (emphasis on working hard) as ever at CBS 42 News in Birmingham, Alabama, as a digital reporter. Maintaining a work-life balance has been harder than ever, which could help explain why I haven't been blogging.

Once you devote 10 hours of your day to working, reporting and posting web stories, it's hard to find the motivation to post something for you guys on LifeofJordie.

I have still been keeping up with the latest fashion trends. I can't wait to show you all what I have my eyes on this Spring/Summer. Plus, more beauty hacks and styling.

Hopping on planes is still a hobby, especially when your family lives in completely different states so visiting friends and family in Miami, Florida, Cleveland, Ohio, and Houston, Texas has been fun. I think I have mastered the art of 2-day trips. Meeting friends in New Orleans for a quick turn up never gets old and of course, the Summer vacation for my good friend Essence's Birthday is coming soon. BUT no spoilers! I will not be telling you where we're going just yet. But the girls are taking over a new city #RichBitchLifestyleContinues.

As far as my everyday life goes, I'm just a 20-something trying to live out my wildest dreams. I'm always thinking of new ways to grow and build a better future for myself. It's been rough but life has it's ups and downs right? Some days I feel like I'm not doing enough, but then other days are more rewarding and I remember that I'm exactly where I am supposed to be in life #CanIGetAWitness?

My dog, Kobe, is still here. Cute as ever.
